This was a top notch experience from start to finish. We had two problems with our garage door - it would randomly open itself and it was noisy as h$ll. After receiving the flyer in the mail, validating their BBB status and the fact that they were with Tom Martino's list, I gave them a call. After a quick consult, they were able to book me exactly when I wanted. \r

William came by to conduct the service. He was a nice guy and helped explain my options - both the ""NEEDS"" and the ""Options"" to solve my concerns. I decided to have them fix the rollers and put in a new garage opener. William did a great job with the repairs and was very professional the entire time. Despite the fact that I had this guy working late on a Friday night, he was in great spirits and took his time to make sure everything was in proper working order. So far (it's been a couple days), we are extremely pleased with the work. The garage door works great and is so incredibly quiet (especially compared to our previous opener). \r
