I have a penchant for running into my garage door. Each time Dave has come out to repair the damage he a) arrived promptly and fixed everything before my husband got home b) provided excellent customer service by telling me ""it happens all the time"" and keeping a straight face c) keeps it absolutely affordable so I can continue to run into the garage on a regular basis and d) knows how to fix it each and every time I damage it.\r
