Worst

It's OK. They bought everything I brought in, so that was good, but EVERY single person working there is RUDE, DISINTERESTED, IMPATIENT, and the store is extremely messy and unorg...

horrible! 11/6/2011

The people working there were extremly rude! I dealt with several people and not one of them looked me in the eye. I don't mind if they don't want to buy my clothes, sometimes they have enough of a certain item or they see wear that I can't. But, it wasn't worth my time and effort at all. I'll never return and be treated like that again! more

Horrible Management. RUDE! 7/19/2010

I can't believe the lack of respect they show those of us who sell items to this place. They are rude! Where would they be without us? Yes, that's right. They wouldn't have a business. I don't buy from them. But, the items I sell them are Gymboree, Gap, Old Navy, Children's place, Ralph Lauren, Justice, and other name brands. THey are thiefs!! I took in 4 full bags (huge shopping bags from Nordstrom). They only kept a few items and gave $40. When I dropped off the bags, I watched one other woman dropping off items who was getting the worst service. She asked a question, the girl did not look up once. She mumbled the answer and the lady said "What in the world". They will be out of business soon. I hope!!! I will donate my children's clothing from now on. I refuse to make them money!! HORRIBLE people!!! Horrible Place. THey get a HUGE 0 from me. They don't even deserve a 1. I had to give it to them in order for my review to show. more

poor customer service, disappointing and inconsistent 4/8/2010

Good: Nothing. Bad: I have been to the F.M. location several times and they have consistently been rude. I travel almost 20 miles when I go and they refuse to work with me and look at my 1 small box of items without me having to wait a 2 hour minimum. Other sellers live closer and can go home or run errands and return later in the day. They don't buy what they say are their favorite brands. They refused a toy that was Parenting toy of the year, Learning Resources brand as well as a $50 leotard and brand new swim cover up.. Improvements: Allow people who travel to schedule an appt, leave their things overnight, or be willing to look over their items without them having to wait 2 or 3 hours. Buy the brands they claim are their favorite when they are in good shape, as well as award winning toys.. Other: They declined some great items and when I questioned them they ended up purchasing them. If they are running this type of business they should know what is a hot item and what isn't. Certainly if they have your stuff for 2 or 3 hours they have plenty of time to research it if they are unsure. I was 15 minutes late picking up my child from school b/c they took over 3 hours to look at my stuff.. more

Very disappointed in the Attitude at OUAC... 9/4/2006

I have been selling and buying clothes at many OUAC stores in Texas for over 2 years now, and I must say I am extremely disappointed in the "buyers" opinions of what they choose to buy and not buy! For example, Janie and Jack shoes bought new for $65 worn 2 times refused to buy - no reason. Meanwhile, I look at the shoes they have purchased - most of them are UGLY, dirty, scuffed, and worn. All the clothes I take have been washed, ironed, checked for stains, etc, and offered on hangers, after they go throught their selection process they are returned to me, unorganized, unbottoned, and wadded up! Very disrespectful. I will not return to the PLANO TX location. Employee "SK" is the rudest person I have ever met; and I have given her 3 chances to prove me wrong! I was recently told that they could not give me a receipt for the things they were buying back from me. This has not always been the case and they have no good reason for this policy. This indicates to me that they are not buying and/or selling the items according to their public policy. For instance I sold them 14 pairs of shoes 3 weeks ago. I was in the store Friday, and found 7 pairs that they were re-selling for more than double the amound they paid me. White Keds - they gave me $1.50 selling now for $6.50, Nina white sandals worn maybe 5 times, size 6 they gave me $2.00 selling now for $10.00. Where is the manager? Do they know how their employees treat people? What used to be a wonderful place to shop is now an overstocked inventory full of low end clothes. I do like the Flower Mound store so I will give them a try and see if they care to have my business. more

Used to be great 4/3/2006

I've been going to OUAC in Flower Mound for a couple of years now and I used to love them, loved the people who worked there, loved the quality, loved the prices..... But things have changed. The person who usually does the buying (Stephanie) doesn't seem to be there any more, or at least when I have things to sell. The high schoolers they have doing the buying now are turning down killer items (really, not just sour grapes - they passed on one shirt I just got $11.50 for on Ebay.) But if you look at the racks, you find quite a few low/no name items with stains, tears, etc - and the prices are getting higher. I'll still go, looking for 'wish list' items, but they've definitely dropped way down on my list. more
