I can't believe the lack of respect they show those of us who sell items to this place. They are rude! Where would they be without us? Yes, that's right. They wouldn't have a business. I don't buy from them. But, the items I sell them are Gymboree, Gap, Old Navy, Children's place, Ralph Lauren, Justice,and other name brands. THey are thiefs!! I took in 4 full bags (huge shopping bags from Nordstrom). They only kept a few items and gave $40. When I dropped off the bags, I watched one other woman dropping off items who was getting the worst service. She asked a question, the girl did not look up once. She mumbled the answer and the lady said "What in the world". They will be out of business soon. I hope!!! I will donate my children's clothing from now on. I refuse to make them money!! HORRIBLE people!!! Horrible Place. THey get a HUGE 0 from me. They don't even deserve a 1. I had to give it to them in order for my review to show.
