On the Road Again

Do not call them, EVER! If there were a lower rating of one star I would do that. These guys are the scum of the earth. They have towed my car, and now my neighbors car FROM OUR OWN APARTMENT PARKING LOT WHERE WE LIVE! They claim that the tags weren't visible, but any simple minded idiot could have seen them if they had bothered to look. On top of that, they still charged us $100 each to get our cars out when they weren't supposed to tow them in the first place. These guys are criminals and need to be shut down. more

I walked out and saw my car in the process of being towed, meaning which the truck was outside my car and had a jack on it (NOT FULLY HOOKED UP). There were two guys and they refused to let me go even though my car was not attached to their truck. They told me I need to pay a drop fee, which is $125 CASH to get my car back. Being an girl of 20 and not knowing towing rules I believed them and traveled to the closest QT to get cash. However, when I was researching on the tdlr website the car must be fully ""hooked up"" meaning that the car must be fully erect and attached to the truck and about to leave the property for a drop fee. If it's not attached, like mine, a dropped fee is NOT REQUIRED. On top of that, they must accept a drop fee as CASH, CREDIT, or DEBIT, not just CASH. I was completely scammed and will fully bring them to court for this. more

Opinion is still the same. After reading other reviews, my opinion still remains. The post about tow truck drivers being there when you need them. That's a laugh. You pay them for a service (over-priced I might add) that takes them overly long time to arrive. They act like they are the police of parking lots. Contracted or not. And they are usually not the most educated individuals. Being an attorney, after my case load lightens up a bit, I'm making it my mission to going after vultures. Let's see how they like it to be slapped with a lawsuit for discrimination and ""stealing"" cars. I know I won't win, but it will be satisfaction to know that these jack wagons will have to pay their attorneys thousands of dollars to keep them from having to pay hundreds of thousands of dollars. I thought I parked at the Ridge apartments visitor parking but I guess I was wrong. There was no sign that told me where the visitor parking was. Supposedly I parked right next to it. This was at 10:30 at night so it was hard to see. I went to my car at 1:30 and it was gone. I had to call me friend to take me home. I then called On the Road Again and was told it was going to be 200 fcuking dollars!!!! They are crooks. So I went there and it is a crummy lot and they took a copy of my driver license? What for? Towing companies are the scum of the earth and I hope they all burn in hell. Thank you more

Just to let everybody know about this towing company, everybody in this world now is quick to judge others before they get to know the people and their job. Being a tow truck driver is one of the hardest jobs in america or in world world for that matter. If your quick to judge on belittling then take a look at your surroundings before you park or get out of your vehicle. This company does not stalk customers they help people when they are down and out. Anytime i have ever had a problem with your vehicle they are right there when you need the help. So please always think of everything before you talk down upon another human being for we are all not perfect but the mroe more you try the more you will try to become something nobody likes and that is a hipocrit. more

If you want a good idea of what to expect when dealing with these simpletons look no further than the post beneath this one. It was obviously made by one of the morons who runs this pitiful scam. I got charged $230 by these inbred clowns because I parked my car in the back corner of a half empty parking lot at Gateway apartments at 3:00am. When I came back at 3:30am my car was gone. These crooks prowl around college apartments as a way of sticking it to those high and mighty college kids what do readin' on them fancy learnin' books. When I politely asked them to cut me a break since I could literally see the parking spot they towed me from out of their office window the trashy receptionist replied ""tough sh*t"". It's disgusting to deal with anyone associated to this company. The drivers, they are callous people. When I saw them drive off with our car, I screamed out to them, and they just drove off, ignoring my screams. I chased them down the street, and begged them to stop. And when finally, the driver rolled down his window, he just lowered it enough only to allow his cigarette a chance to breath. I was later told the company lurchs around apartment buildings, desperate to tow people's cars, even people like us who were temporarily parked to put groceries away. And then when their victims can't pay the demanded cash, the drivers even tell them how close the ATM machine is, threatening that it costs even more once the car is back at their W. Need to stop entertaining the towing business if you're only into it to interfere with an educational institution. Towing is to re-enforce real law enforcement, Charging people for towing when the towing was done when it is not during business hours, but parking for Fry St, is ridiculous. I know people are not supposed to be fond of tow truck drivers, but that shouldnt give you an excuse to tow when its not necessary, put the shoe on the other foot. Also profiled my vehicle for monetary value with 2 others of higher value. Lacks proper business ethics, and needs a desk clerk, the drivers are not the articulate type therefore should not be in customer relations. Cons: high prices, rude people more

This towing company has towed my car twice from the Ridge apartments in Denton. They don't just come during the day, they also come at all times at night. They broke the fender on my Mini Cooper and the leaf springs on my Mustang. They refuse to pay for the damages or deduct any cost from their fees. It costs almost $200 if you get towed by this company. They also come in the rain and hail, so don't think they will cut you any slack if you're trying to protect the exterior of your car by parking it under a cover (that no one owns) during a hail storm. If you ever have to deal with these people, I am truly sorry. If you are in need of a towing company to voluntarily tow your car from one place to another, run.
