Do not call them, EVER! If there were a lower rating of one star I would do that. These guys are the scum of the earth. They have towed my car, and now my neighbors car FROM OUR OWN APARTMENT PARKING LOT WHERE WE LIVE! They claim that the tags weren't visible, but any simple minded idiot could have seen them if they had bothered to look. On top of that, they still charged us $100 each to get our cars out when they weren't supposed to tow them in the first place. These guys are criminals and need to be shut down.
