It's very easy to use and with so many cool features. We love the monitor in our our bedroom showing us that the door is closed. I used On Trac through Costco. The whole process was quick and easy. The salesperson came to my home and reviewed my options with me. He did not try to hard-sell me on anything and seemed very straightforward in answering my questions about the pros and cons of different options. I was able to schedule an installation less than a week after the initial consultation. The installation went smoothly; the door was up and running within about five hours. The installer was friendly, professional, and neat. There were no hiccups in the whole process, and I am pleased with the door and opener. more

Salesman came to our home on May 10th to measure and give us an estimate within a couple days. Well, a week went by and we emailed and reminded him that we hadn't received a quote - he replied that he would send it tomorrow. Then two more weeks go by and we contact the salesman again saying we don't have a quote and he replies that he will send it tonight. Tonight comes and goes and I call to speak with the owner to explain we haven't been able to receive our estimate. The next day, June 1st we get the quote - but it is in a rainbow of colors: white, blue, red, black, yellow, etc....and when you attempt to print it out - over half of the estimate is blacked out because your color printer can't decipher the colors. Lastly, we asked for a price of wood AND composite doors and only received the wood estimate. more

The work that they did was very good and the viper is very quiet, which I love!!! Overall I love the whole look of my new garage door and the opener, it's very easy to use and safe... the guy who installed it went over a check list to let me know how everything works and it's safety features, I have a little boy and another one on the way, so Safety is a big issue... This review represents a second trip out to my home to address a minor problem I had with the first install done by OnTrac. The first installer had installed the overhead wireless remote controlled light unit in a way that stretched the power chord too much. I emailed my salesperson, Ron. He immediately replied, even though it was after normal business hours. He contacted the office and they immediately scheduled another person to come out and fix the problem. The email from the office was in my email inbox before 8:00am the following morning, and one of the gals in the office called me right at 8:00am to ensure I got the message. The installer who came out to fix the problem was courteous and knowledgeable. He fixed the problem in a few minutes. We chatted a bit during which time I learned that he has been with the company for 18 years. I believe that's the sign of a well-run company. And my experience is the same. Despite the minor problem with the install of just the wireless light remote control unit chord, I am a happy customer. In fact, I am a repeat customer with this company. I can recommend them in confidence to my friends. more

Needed a garage "tune-up". From the initial call to completion of the service, I was impressed with their excellent customer service. Scott was our service provider, professional & courteous from the start. He even made a courtesy call about 30 minutes prior to arrival which many companies say they do, but do not. He was prompt & very knowledgable about garage doors. He was more than happy to share his knowledge. Service was unrushed & professional. He even fixed a sensor problem that we could not figure out within minutes. Great attitude to go along with the whole service. Price was right. We recommend On Trac. more
