I used On Trac through Costco. The whole process was quick and easy. The salesperson came to my home and reviewed my options with me. He did not try to hard-sell me on anything and seemed very straightforward in answering my questions about the pros and cons of different options. I was able to schedule an installation less than a week after the initial consultation. The installation went smoothly; the door was up and running within about five hours. The installer was friendly, professional, and neat. There were no hiccups in the whole process, and I am pleased with the door and opener.
