This review represents a second trip out to my home to address a minor problem I had with the first install done by OnTrac. The first installer had installed the overhead wireless remote controlled light unit in a way that stretched the power chord too much. I emailed my salesperson, Ron. He immediately replied, even though it was after normal business hours. He contacted the office and they immediately scheduled another person to come out and fix the problem. The email from the office was in my email inbox before 8:00am the following morning, and one of the gals in the office called me right at 8:00am to ensure I got the message. The installer who came out to fix the problem was courteous and knowledgeable. He fixed the problem in a few minutes. We chatted a bit during which time I learned that he has been with the company for 18 years. I believe that's the sign of a well-run company. And my experience is the same. Despite the minor problem with the install of just the wireless light remote control unit chord, I am a happy customer. In fact, I am a repeat customer with this company. I can recommend them in confidence to my friends.
