A few months ago, I called On The Spot for an estimate to re-do my kitchen and add a bathroom. They were so reasonable and the quality of work done was immaculate. Now, whenever I have company over or throw a party, I always get compliments. So happy with their work.\r more

I purchased a deal through the Living Social site for a basic window cleaning and was impressed with the work that was done so i hired them for the rest of the house. When i originally had the 20 windows done i was not home because i was told that i didn't need to be there. However the second appointment i was there for because they did the inside of the windows that were not covered with the Living Social Voucher. I also had them do 15 additional windows to complete my home. I was going to do the sills/tracks by myself but after i saw how great my windows looked after they did the inside & outside I decided to have them add on the sills/tracks as well. The windows came out GREAT!! The week after i had people over for a end of summer BBQ and was asked when did i get new windows... On The Spot did such a good job on the whole window they actually looked brand new. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone looking for a professional window cleaning! more

Contacted On The Spot for a power washing job i was looking to have done on my home. I was frustrated because i have Cedar(wood) siding on my home and i was refused by other companies. They said they could do the work and are also insured and i shouldn't worry. I was still nervous about any damage that might occur as a result of the work because i had issues with trying to recoup money i was owed by another company, but did the work because the price was right. I have to say not only was there no damage done to my siding, it looks AMAZING!!!! I had some new siding that was put on a year or so ago and the old siding that has been on the house for at least 15 years actually matches the new pieces, i couldn't believe it!! I have dealt with some shady companies in the past so it was nice to see that there were no problems and the crew leader(Nick) was very knowledgeable about the proper setting to use and answered all my questions. I even decided to have my gutters cleaned while they were here and Nick was able to do it same day, no having to set up another appointment. Anyone looking for professional service these are the guys to see. After a few bad experiences its nice to finally settle on a company i know will stand by their work. more

Recently had my home power washed and found out that i had some siding that had to be replaced, so i contacted On The Spot. They sent someone out to look at my home the very next day and were as friendly in person as they were on the phone. I was worried because it was a large piece of siding that needed replacement, but they gave me what i felt was a fair price and were able to match the siding perfect. The whole process was complete in a week from call to completion. No delays or excuses. It was a pleasure to deal with them. more

Very happy with service. Had a very easy and simple booking process, no waiting on someone to show up just to give me a price quote they were able to do it right over the phone using a satellite or something like that. Was worried that they would try to add things on when they arrived but i ended up paying exactly what i was quoted. All in all very satisfied. more

This company did as promised.. Showed up the day they said they would be there. Was told when i booked the appointment that i did not have to be home since the work was all to be done on the outside of my home. I purchased a power wash and when i arrived home later in the day i was shocked to see my home which looked amazing. I live in a wooded area and my home had a lot of green mold on it and after work was done my siding looked as if it was completely re-done!! Would and have already recommended to neighbors and family!! more

EXCELLENT SERVICE!! I was a little skeptical after reading a few negative reviews on here, but went ahead anyway with service from this company. I have to say that I was thoroughly impressed! Not only was the sales rep (Joe) very courteous and helpful with my questions, the technicians who arrived to do the work were very respectful and seemed very knowledgeable about what they were there to do (Power Washing, Gutters). They were even able to do a small gutter repair for me without me having to call another company just to repair it. I cannot speak for others who posted negative reviews, but i sure didn't have any complaints so i felt obligated to share my experience with On The Spot.. more

sloppy work! left all the window screens outside and when called, they said that's normal, they would not put screens back. Used living social voucher, price went up due to location (for what ever the reason) and # of windows. Am ok with that... but leaving screens outside and i have to put them back!! on top of it, they are RUDE!!. Stay away.. more

Insisted that I did not need to be present while these workers were working 2 stories off the ground. Add'l $100 to confirm a specific day! They provided a 3 day window. Didn't show for a week after that and would not return my calls in that week's time! more

I purchased gutter cleaning through a living social deal deal. Sad to say, when I went to claim my voucher, suddenly the price had more than doubled! They asked me a million questions about my home and started tallying up additional charges. They kept asking until they could find something to tack on..Example : Detached garage-no, gutter guards-no, second floor..yes WELL thats an addtional $35.... You get the idea. Keep in mind I had purchased a prepaid voucher in order to get a discount. By the time they had finished with me, it was well over what I normally paid my gutter service. On a positive note, Living Social credited back my credit card immediately when I told them of my problem. Nice to see a company with positive customer service! As for On the Spot.....I agree with another reviewer- I'd give them negative stars if I could. Not the way to run a business! more

They happily and easily take your money for a sloppy, unacceptable job. Customer satisfaction is apparently NOT in their motto or practice. Customer service, when you call after the work (and payment) was done, is unprofessional, condescending and just outright rude. Not a company I will ever give my hard earned money to again. more

I would give negative stars if I could as I had a nightmare of an experience with this company. I ordered a promotional deal through living social for window cleaning and power washing of the house. When I called to make the appointment, I learned that the deal only covered a small 2 bedroom home so had to pay an extra $125 for the power washing of my home (about 2200 sq ft interior). I was surprised by this but said fine. So the worker came 3 hours late and this was only after I called to alert On the Spot that no one showed up. The worker apparently couldn't find my address via GPS so just skipped the job. No one has ever had a problem finding my home by GPS by the way. I overlooked this and the guy came and did the work. He left the interior of my windows completely filthy with dirty finger marks all over the inside as when he put the screens back in then closed the windows from the inside, his hands must've been very dirty from all the outside work. Just a very sloppy, unprofessional job. But this wasn't the worst thing. I have a small, slanted skylight over our breakfast nook that was filthy after he finished. Seemed that when he powerwashed the siding, the debris washed down and settled on this window. When sitting at our kitchen table and look up, you see all the disgusting debris and dirt streaks. I didn't notice this until after he left unfortunately for me. Again, this wasn't even the worst part. I called On the Spot and after numerous back and forth discussions he finally said he'd send someone out in a week to clean off the window, I just had to call and remind them. So I called to remind them. I spoke with the same guy in the office that I always dealt with and it was as if we had never spoken before. We went back and forth, I was put on hold numerous times, only for him to tell me they would not do it today even though this was the previous arrangment. The skylight over the breakfast nook was not part of the living social deal, but it should not be left in a dirtier and very visibly filthy condition than before they came. It's high enough that you need a very tall ladder like what they use other wise I would've just cleaned it myself! So in summary - STAY AWAY from this company. They are highly unprofessional, sloppy, do not stand by their work, and make more mess and work for you to clean up after they leave. Do yourself a favor and hire a professional company that guarantees your satisfaction with their work. more
