On The Spot has been doing work on my properties for over 10 years now. I have never had 1 issue with them with the work, with the price, etc. They have always been very accommodating and honest. more

Horrible. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY 5/21/2011

Horrible service! We scheduled an appointment and they told us their time-frame for arriving was 9am to sundown. 9am to sundown?? Really?! Not only is that ridiculous, but it's a waste of time and bad business practice. How is this company still in business?? We waited for their arrival all day and it is now sundown and they are still a no-show. I highly recommend NOT using this company. Find someone else!!!!! more

Finally A Contractor That Shows Up 10/25/2009

I have dealt with a lot of contractors in the past on renovations to my house, most of them wouldn't even show up for weeks. On The Spot changed all of that for me! I needed my roof repaired they came right away and fixed it before the big rain hit. I also had new siding put on by them. Their price was very competitive and their work was outstanding! Pros: Showed up on time, did amazing work Cons: None more

They gave me an estimate to knock out a closet and build stairs leading to my basement. The price was higher then I expected but with good reason. The estimator explained to me what the work actually consisted of and the estimated completion time. The job was done about a week and a half later. The workers were very polite, hard working, and cleaned up everything. The job turned out well and i'm actually going to be getting another estimate from them for a power washing. Pros: they do everything which is great - all in one company Cons: prices a bit high more

On the spot did my chimney and gutters and I must say phenominal in all aspects! I can not think of one issue I had with them. It is over a year later and the work is still holding up and I've had my chimney repaired by 2 other companies several time. 5 star company! Pros: Fair, great-quality work, polite, local, trustworthy, and dependable Cons: they do not work in upstate NY and I have a vacation rental home there more

BEST FAMILY COMPANY! TRUSTWORTHY and RELIABLE! 9/25/2008

I originally used on the spot for a FREE siding estimate! They also notice that my gutter were shot (which i already knew) but i wanted to get new siding first. The salesman came out promptly and gave me a GREAT price to do the siding and gutters together plus through in mesh gutter guards for FREE! The office was very polite and helpful. The worker didnt all speak english but were very polite and atleast 1 or 2 of the guys spoke english so there were no problems communicating. The jobs came out GORGEOUS and they cleaned up after themselves!!!! I am happy with this company and will continue to use them! Pros: show room, office building, family business, polite workers, clean, etc.. Cons: I can't seem to think of anything more
