I purchased gutter cleaning through a living social deal deal. Sad to say, when I went to claim my voucher, suddenly the price had more than doubled! They asked me a million questions about my home and started tallying up additional charges. They kept asking until they could find something to tack on..Example : Detached garage-no, gutter guards-no, second floor..yes WELL thats an addtional $35.... You get the idea. Keep in mind I had purchased a prepaid voucher in order to get a discount. By the time they had finished with me, it was well over what I normally paid my gutter service. On a positive note, Living Social credited back my credit card immediately when I told them of my problem. Nice to see a company with positive customer service!
As for On the Spot.....I agree with another reviewer- I'd give them negative stars if I could. Not the way to run a business!
