I have gone to Dr. Olaru several times, and had a good experience every time.
I switched to Dr. Olaru after some very upsetting appointments at other offices. When I first got to Dr. Olaru's office, I told her how upset I had been with my previous doctor, and she was very sympathetic.
She diagnosed me, and clearly explained the problem. During my follow-up visits, she was nice and I never had to wait for very long. (Maybe up to 20 minutes in the waiting room, but that seems normal to me.)
I found her to be totally competent.
While I was visiting, the building was under-going renovations, so the building looked like a construction site. But inside the office was clean and calm.
After one visit this summer, her office staff informed me that she was going to stop accepting my insurance, and that i would need to find a new doctor. This was very disappointing. However, luckily I got a new job and now have an insurance that they accept, so I'll be going back. The previous insurance I had was very difficult and took a very long time to approve the procedures that Dr. Olaru requested. I know that Dr. Olaru's office spent a lot of time on the phone with my insurance company trying to get my procedures approved for my appointments. So I don't really blame them for deciding not to deal with that insurance anymore.
