I have seen Dr. Olaru as well as Dr. Carrasco. They are both extremely knowledgable doctors who take their time explaining everything. They recently performed a surgery for me together and even when I called on a Sunday they returned my phone call within minutes. I haven't had to wait more than 15 minutes before my appointments and they are always able to schedule me appointments in a timely matter.
