Ditto to every thumbs down on this page. Really loved Dr. Olaru (used to visit her sister before my insurance changed, and loved her, too), but her office is absolutely inexcusably incompetent. I have placed over SEVEN PHONE CALLS over the past two months requesting information from my medical records, and have not received ANY help. First receptionist I spoke with twice and was downright rude, explaining they were too busy to deal with me. Next several were nicer and nicer, assuring me my message would be marked as urgent and forwarded to the doctor. One VERY kind receptionist went so far as to return my call and explain she couldn't get my information on this very day, but would happily follow up with me the following week. She didn't...I called back and got the run around yet again. Have they LOST my medical record, less than two years old? I was informed somewhere in there that they may have been archived, but I have a feeling they just can't find my files...I'm hoping I will not have to get a lawyer, but at this point, it may be my only recourse. Very disappointing.
