The building can't be changed for easier access to the repair shop, nor can I expect the repairman to be 5 ft. tall to be able to leave the controls the way I use them. more

I have come here once for a recall and then most recently for a belt replacement. I had a generally positive experience both times. My only complaint is that I did not receive a thorough summary of the mechanic's evaluation of my car before I left. For example, when I came in for the recall item, I was given the service sheet as I got into my car and was about to pull away. The service sheet indicated that I needed to replace my drive belts, but no one actually spoke to me about this and I didn't realize until I returned home. It would have been helpful to discuss this with the service staff while I was still on site, particularly if it was a serious problem. Similarly, when I came to have the belt replaced, the service sheet indicated that the coolant was low. When I checked the coolant later, the level was nearly full. Perhaps the mechanic had filled it as a courtesy but no one mentioned that to me before I left. more

I canot say for sure about the work they do on the cars, but the service quality at this location is terrible. It used to be much better but it has declined more recently. more

Last time when I came to service I asked to check my front tire,it was getting on low pressure ich 10 days almost half year. Before I was trying to find problem and no one can find it. In Glendale Hyundai the person who was working on my car find that problem because he was so professional. I was so happy also they didn't change me for that problem.Unfurthenently I forget to ask his name but was yang good looking tall man.Also speshial thanks to Avo who boss at that time. more

And they were not very responsive. I had to contact them first about a month later to find out they indeed have the part in their inventory received from shipment. They gave me the estimated time to complete the repair. But also, they said they'd call me when the repair was done. Well, I had to call them first to find out if my car was ready for pickup. I'll still recommend this dealership to my friends if this one is the closest to them. I'll just advise them to check up on the repair progress very very frequently, because otherwise they have to wait very long time to get their cars fixed. more

Took my car in for its second oil change. I love the fact that the pricing was exactly what the website told me when I booked my appointment. Not to mention I was there less than an hour. more

I switched to Glendale Hyundai because of superior service provided and competitive pricing. Pricing is fair and just. can't say that about other dealers.They make you feel important even sales and cashier ask if you need anything. more

This place is clean and new looking. The staff are decent. They could be nicer if they were not soo overworked i believe. To me they just seem tired. They did offer me water and they smiled. :) The entrance to the maintenance area is so tiny and it is going uphill plus there is an indoor speed bump. I really hate driving into this. I feel like i might damage the side of my car or accidentally hit a parked car that a staff member is working on. This would be hard to fix since they would have to renovate the building or go to a new building. Also this place can take a while to bring your car out. And they might even forget that you are waiting outside. It would be nice to see them improve this. more
