I have come here once for a recall and then most recently for a belt replacement. I had a generally positive experience both times. My only complaint is that I did not receive a thorough summary of the mechanic's evaluation of my car before I left. For example, when I came in for the recall item, I was given the service sheet as I got into my car and was about to pull away. The service sheet indicated that I needed to replace my drive belts, but no one actually spoke to me about this and I didn't realize until I returned home. It would have been helpful to discuss this with the service staff while I was still on site, particularly if it was a serious problem. Similarly, when I came to have the belt replaced, the service sheet indicated that the coolant was low. When I checked the coolant later, the level was nearly full. Perhaps the mechanic had filled it as a courtesy but no one mentioned that to me before I left.
