This place is clean and new looking. The staff are decent. They could be nicer if they were not soo overworked i believe. To me they just seem tired. They did offer me water and they smiled. :)
The entrance to the maintenance area is so tiny and it is going uphill plus there is an indoor speed bump. I really hate driving into this. I feel like i might damage the side of my car or accidentally hit a parked car that a staff member is working on. This would be hard to fix since they would have to renovate the building or go to a new building.
Also this place can take a while to bring your car out. And they might even forget that you are waiting outside. It would be nice to see them improve this.
