Took longer than expected, no car wash 11/26/2013

They promised me it would take 45 minutes to 1 hour for my service to be completed, but it took almost 2 hours. I saw my car being pulled up after about 1.5 hours, so I asked the lady at the checkout after about 15 minutes regarding my car. She had the keys and paperwork in front of her and just neglected to call out my name. Also, they didn't wash my car. Other Hyundai dealerships that I had been to always washed my car every single time, but Glendale Hyundai didn't. more

Awful experience! 11/20/2013

My 2012 Hyundai Sonata is still in the shop and I haven't even received ONE update. It's been towed 3 times in 2 weeks. Ronnie Lovos at Glendale Hyundai should be fired for being incompetent. This is ridiculous and unacceptable. My car only has a little over 9,000 miles on it and my radiator and head gasket have had to be replaced! DON'T purchase from Glendale Hyundai or you'll be sorry!!!!!! more
