The only time you ask about problems or issues, is when you meet me at the door with the bill. Last month I heard from you. when by bill was late do to your standards, because my Social Security checks comes on the third week of the months. If someone would like to call me, I would be happy to make arrangements to pay you on a monthly basis. I am also a very loyal person, and miss the lady to did our service, and saved my life. Your service will never be as good, as when she was here. more

I would recommend Official Pest Prevention. I have used their services for over a year. They always schedule their "return-to-spray" times timely (for me, once every three months) without my having to call them and their service people are very courtesy and show up as promised. Until today, I never say an insect in my home, but today I say a large black bug in my kitchen floor. Unfortunately, he moved to fast for me to catch him. However, I am confident that once notified, Official Pest will return immediately to take care of any potential problems more

Official Pest Prevention arrive when they say they will. They call the day prior to coming. I do not have nearly as many spiders and ants as I used to have. more

  • Official Pest Prevention was born January 1, 2000 when the tech bubble was about to burst and people were still concerned about potential Y2K problems. Starting with a few contacts, and only four full-time employees, the small company has grown into an organization that today employs over 25 people, maintains a fleet of 18 trucks, and has serviced over 21,000 northern California households. This tremendous growth has come from loyal customers recommending our work to their friends, family, and neighbors Although Official Pest Prevention opened in Elk Grove, demand for quality pest control service poured in from nearby cities also. Representatives of Official Pest Prevention began taking calls from surrounding areas and within a year we found ourselves greatly expanding our service territory. By the end of 2000, Official had begun servicing an area that took in a 60 mile radius. Official Pest Prevention went north (Sacramento, Citrus Heights, Roseville, Rocklin, Lincoln), south (Galt, Lodi, Stockton, Manteca, Ripon, Modesto, Tracy), and east (Folsom, Eldorado Hills). The following year, (2001), Official expanded westward to include Davis, Dixon, Vacaville, Fairfield, and Suisun.
