Does not work good at all. Still have many roaches in my house even with the spray inside my house.

Nate is a very good technician. He can answer all my questions about insects and how to control them. We are already planning for the summer months and controlling the wasps. We have never used an exterminator until our dogs had major issues with ticks. Since Official Pest Prevent has been coming to our home, our dogs no longer suffer from ticks. Staff is very friendly more

Prompt and professional 12/15/2015

I needed a prompt pest/termite inspection for a VA refinance loan. For some reason my regular pest control service chose to not return several phone calls. Mike Navattete came to the rescue and did an outstanding inspection of my home to satisfy the VA. more

I've been a Offical Pest Prevention customer for at least 7 years or more and I would not hesitate to refer their great service to my friends, family or neighbors. They are very knowledgeable and professional and take the time to cover all areas of your property. I have seen other companies work in the area and notice they seem to spend less time compared to OPP workers, I recently did a refinance and they provided a termite inspection for me at a very reasonibe rate, I am totally satisfied with their service, more

HORRIBLE SERVICE 11/27/2015

I have tried to write a detailed review twice and it got locked up and wouldn't post! So, all I have to say is I will never use them again, never recommend them to anyone! Unfortunately, they trapped us into getting a year spraying service or they would charge us for an additional service to spray! Another $200.! When the year is up we will definitely use another service company'! more

  • Official Pest Prevention was born January 1, 2000 when the tech bubble was about to burst and people were still concerned about potential Y2K problems. Starting with a few contacts, and only four full-time employees, the small company has grown into an organization that today employs over 25 people, maintains a fleet of 18 trucks, and has serviced over 21,000 northern California households. This tremendous growth has come from loyal customers recommending our work to their friends, family, and neighbors Although Official Pest Prevention opened in Elk Grove, demand for quality pest control service poured in from nearby cities also. Representatives of Official Pest Prevention began taking calls from surrounding areas and within a year we found ourselves greatly expanding our service territory. By the end of 2000, Official had begun servicing an area that took in a 60 mile radius. Official Pest Prevention went north (Sacramento, Citrus Heights, Roseville, Rocklin, Lincoln), south (Galt, Lodi, Stockton, Manteca, Ripon, Modesto, Tracy), and east (Folsom, Eldorado Hills). The following year, (2001), Official expanded westward to include Davis, Dixon, Vacaville, Fairfield, and Suisun.
