As for billing and organization in office, I felt that the office staff needed to be more together. I paid the bill once and and it cleared with my bank that you had cashed it and I got a call that it was late. I had to prove that the check was sent electronically and paid. This isn't the first time I had an issue with this. So after that I mailed a check. There was no personalization. The only reason why I stayed so long is Renji was excellent. He was extremely detailed and took his time to really do job top quality. I would always ask for him but didn't always get him. All other techs that came basically did a half job and got out of here. Renji takes pride in his job and it shows. When I cancelled with you the lady that I was transferred to was short with me and when I asked for an email stating that I had cancelled she was quick to get me off the phone. I did get the email eventually, but it was horribly written and had careless spelling errors. When a business is being ran she should do a spell check to be sure that it's professional. I also had an issue with the dogs having access to outdoors when the tech came so I asked a courtesy call and it was always an issue. I didn't always get a call and because of that only the front yard would get done. I would like to continue you guys, because of Renji, but I feel that I deserve to be treated better as a paying customer.
