The only time you ask about problems or issues, is when you meet me at the door with the bill. Last month I heard from you. when by bill was late do to your standards, because my Social Security checks comes on the third week of the months. If someone would like to call me, I would be happy to make arrangements to pay you on a monthly basis. I am also a very loyal person, and miss the lady to did our service, and saved my life. Your service will never be as good, as when she was here.
