When I placed the service request, Nikki answered the phone right away. She was very gracious, professional and friendly: seemed to me she wanted to be sure she was giving me all the preliminary information. She scheduled me for same day service. Great customer service. Thank you Nikki. Jose called as planned and came right on time. He also was very friendly and professional. He showed me what went wrong with my garage door and gave me several options, along with the prices, in order to get my door back operational. Jose worked quickly and efficiently and I can almost swear that my door is better than new, now. Thank you, Jose. I will recommend you guys every chance I have and I most certainly will call on you again if I ever have the need to repair or replace a garage door. Thanks for being a great company!! Great service! 9/16/2014

The spring on my garage door broke, I called O'Briens and they were there within an hour. The technician was knowledgeable, very fast, and recommended without "pushing". He also noticed the sticker placed underneath the opener button which automatically gives 20% off! It has been years since we've had to call (another shout out to their service) and I had totally forgotten about it! There is also a Lifetime Service that is transferable once you sell your house! Technician was very knowledgeable. Had all the various parts needed to get the door back operational. We had not used the garage door opener in years. 9/4/2014

Obrien 's called to announce their arrival. The technician was courteous, knowledgeable and prompt. He recommended and diagnose the various issues we were having with the door and opener. He had all the parts that were needed on his truck and had the job complete within about an hour. more

Prompt for service 7/29/2014

The only thing that I had a hard time understanding was the price. I felt I should have been forwarned that the cost would be doubled because my door required two springs, when it had one on it. I just was surprised at that much expense not expecting it.. more

Repair of Garage Door Opener, Cables, Rollers, Seals, Etc. 7/17/2014

Your serviceman worked quickly, skillfully and courteously on the repair of the garage door opener as he replaced the circuit board. He did not try to convince me to just purchase a new one! He replaced the 10 worn out rollers with new rollers that operate so quietly. He replaced a broken cable or two that was working on borrowed time! It had caused the door to be off the track, even! He repaired the second door (less used) by replacing and tightening the heavy screws. He worked quickly and efficiently the entire time. I will be having the seals on the base of the door replaced in brief visit tomorrow. He was temporarily out of them on his truck. I am very pleased with the work he did, and I'm glad to mark that job off my list of "things to get done"!! I will be recommending your company to anyone who needs help with their garage doors. Thanks for a job well done! more
