Overall with agent and company receiptionist giving information when I first called to make an appointment. Also, when I called to ask a question about my statement. Nothing was incorrect, but I did not see all on statement. The agent, Jesus explained what my possibilities were and my options for long and short term needs. I appreciated this so very much. He did a good job, and I am so pleased to be able to get in and out of the garage. more

The technician was efficient and ahead of schedule. 1/12/2014

The technician fixed the door but did admit that he didn't know what had caused the problem. Since we had had a similar problem 2 years ago he suggested we think about a new garage door as this one is very old. He was polite and was ahead of schedule as we had expected him much later. more
