When I placed the service request, Nikki answered the phone right away. She was very gracious, professional and friendly: seemed to me she wanted to be sure she was giving me all the preliminary information. She scheduled me for same day service. Great customer service. Thank you Nikki.
Jose called as planned and came right on time. He also was very friendly and professional. He showed me what went wrong with my garage door and gave me several options, along with the prices, in order to get my door back operational. Jose worked quickly and efficiently and I can almost swear that my door is better than new, now. Thank you, Jose.
I will recommend you guys every chance I have and I most certainly will call on you again if I ever have the need to repair or replace a garage door.
