Eric came to our home to give an estimate, WOW, The money in rebates was hands down the best buy from all my bids, and none of the other companies we had bids from offered no Xcel Energy rebates, I read later later that not all HVAC companies can give rebates? Apparently licensing and testing is required. which im glad I kept getting quotes. My other bids did not mentioned that were suppose to have a building permit either? These guys do it right! more

C/o Consumers\r \r I called this NOW Heating & Air to come look at my Furnace, I have a 4 year old little girl, the Furnace went out on Saturday @ 3am, the Temperature was 58 degrees in my house, I called 3 places in the area, the lady I spoke with told me they would charge $99.00 to do a diagnostic on the Furnace, when he came to the house he was already 3 hours late it was 5 pm and not to mention I live in Colorado and it was snowing and the temperature was 15 degrees outside, he looked at the blower wheel and said that that was problem, he then said he needed to replace the pressure switch, motor assembly, furnace assembly, flame sensor, heat exchanger and evaporative coil along with additional servicing charges. the total came out to be $2,758.32.\r \r I told him why does he need to replace all of the other parts when there was nothing the matter with them and that he clearly knew what was the matter with it, the service technician said it's there protocol to replace all parts or he would not work on the Furnace. I told him that I would think about it and paid him his $100.00 for 12 minutes of his time, another RIP OFF.\r \r I called another company that same night he came out fixed the Blower Wheel with Labor and Parts for $255.00.\r \r Please don't go to this company for any work to be done, they are nothing but RIP OFF!!!!!\r \r NOW HEATING & AIR - RIP OFF COMPANY!!! more

I would like to say ""Thank You"" to Now Heating & Air. Our water heater went out and needed replaced ASAP. From sales to installation, they were honest, respectful, and timely. They kept me up-to-date on what they were doing and why and explained my options. The work was done right the first time with no follow up calls needed. Plus, they were very competitive on pricing. We will certainly use them again for our plumbing and heating needs more

NOW Heating & Air installed a new system in our mountain home slightly over a year ago. The system has been very comfortable. Our heating bills are very affordable. The home was installed with a steam humidifier and all is working well. I do recommend NOW heating and Air. more

If you need after hours service, DO NOT use these people. \r \r Our heater went out during sub-zero weather. They charged $160 for an after-hours service call, only crediting $30 to the work done. But at least they quoted that up-front. After they did the work, I learned they added 50% to all service and parts for ""after hours"" service. So a bill that would have been about $750 if done during regular hours came to almost $1200. This was for a service call that lasted less than an hour.\r \r Their ""Customer Service"" person started by telling me the billing was a computer glitch, then after several more calls he admitted to their after hours overcharges, which they do not disclose before the work is done. more

I had 3 bids on my new system. I have to say that out of the 3, NOW Heating and Air was by far the best. The Salesman ( Reid ) was extremly professional and knowledgeable. The install of my full system( Adam and John ) and some extra gadets installed went flawless. Couldn't be happier. Thanks NOW !!! Follow up. NOW came back 3 days later to do my EXCEL testing for rebates. ( Ian ) was extremly polite, helpful on re-explaing to me my new system. AGAIN, Thanks NOW !!!\r more

I have three homes that Now Heating & Air has put furnaces and heat pumps in. They are great to work with and always very helpful. They have maintained each of them with an inspection twice a year that includes a cleaning and checking them for running efficiency. I am very happy with them and would recommend them to anyone that need a furnace or repairs done on their old one. more

My rental a/c was not cooling and was blowing hot air so I had a Tech from Now Heating and Air to come out to look at it. He said it was the Compressor and needed this, that and everything else, totaling $2800 and said it would be cheaper just to replace it for $2500. The unit is only 8 years old so I told the tech I wanted to get another estimate from another company. Guess what?? It was NOT the compressor but was the capacitor and was only $197. BEWARE consumer, this company is a rip off!\r I took the $69 I paid to Now Heating and Air as a loss because I did not want dishonest people like this company returning to my home. more

this company is probably ok if your having a new heater or ac installed and they know that they are going to make a few bucks off of you.If you just need a simple heat/ac service or tune up,you will most likely be way over charged.We had an a.c./heat pump installed several years ago for around 2500.00 which I felt was fairly reasonable at the time and we were happy with the results.two years later the motor went out on the condenser unit and even under warranty it cost 350.00 for labor alone.that was a little unexpected but I didn't necessarily feel like we were being cheated.However, this spring we wanted to have a service/tune up performed to make sure everything was still working properly before summer rush.We were told that it would cost 79.00 assuming no parts or additional materials were required,which sounded very good.I expected the final cost would be a little higher but within reason(like 200ish range assuming nothing unexpected came up).Well nothing unexpected came up.Didnt even need filters replaced since I had done that recently.The service tech vacuumed off the furnace blower,hosed off the condenser coil and that's about all.Tried to sell us a two year service contract for 850...we said no thanks and the final bill for something that I could have done in 20 minutes myself was......465.00!!I guess they saw me coming....but they wont see my $$ ever again and unless you like being over charged also,I would try some one else! more

Now Heating and Air is a great company 5/4/2012

Now Heating and Air is a great company to have any service work and/or Installation of HVAC products. I recently was having issues with my air conditioner not cooling correctly, so I had called Now Heating and Air, and the office staff that I talked to was very pleasent and they had a technition come out the same day. The technition advised me that the system was old and not efficent, He advised me of the rebates that were going on and advised me that he would have a comfort adviser come out to give me a estimate on replacement. I had them do the job and the installers were friendly and fast to get the system in, and they made it look so nice. I highly recommend Now Heating And Air for any heating and air conditioner problems, Great job guys keep up the good work Pros: null Cons: null more

These guys are great! We live in Conifer and first called Now when we moved into our house. We were not sure what to expect and we were pleasantly surprised. They are professional, honest and are committed to excellent customer service. The same tech has come to our house each time and are always on time and listen to our concerns and address as necessary. We recently had a brand new furnace installed and the team they sent were amazing! The team at Now treat their customers with respect and provide satisfaction at every turn. Rob Stratton was out to our home today to fix items listed on a safety inspection report. Granted, it has take sometime to get the whole job done. Once Rob got involved, the job was finished and done correctly. Heck, he even vacuumed up after he finished the job in the closet. He did not take any breaks and worked very hard to get the job done today. We feel Rob is a great asset to your company. We feel in this day and age that good work should be acknowledged. Honesty is questionable 10/26/2011

Just because a company is BBB associated doesn't mean much now a days. We were having issues with our furnace so we called Now Heating and Air. The technician came out and we described the symptoms but he quickly dismissed what we were trying to say. He proceeded to try and sell us a new furnace but we declined. He cleaned the furnace but obviously that wasn't the problem because the furnace malfunctioned again. We called his manager and the answer was "...he is one of our best technicians..." We then called another company who sent out a technician. He replaced a part and called it a day; no pressure, no new furnace. Our furnace is working well and probably has at least a few more years on it. Pros: null Cons: null more
