We have been working with NovaCopy for many years and have no complaints. The service technicians are always extremely responsive and our salesperson Bonnie Bolding is wonderful to work with. She is very knowledgeable of the products and helped us get into a new machine that was right for our needs. more

Great Service 11/28/2011

We have been working with NovaCopy for several years now and have not been disappointed. Their service has been great, whether coming from our Sales Rep or the service technicians. Copiers are delivered quickly and on time. They have been responsive, attentive and listened to any concerns we may have had during the process. Their customer service is light years ahead of the companies we have worked with in the past. Thanks NovaCopy! more

4 years of great service and running 11/28/2011

We have 5 machines from Novacopy, two production and 3 mid range copier/printers. Our first 3 year lease went so well we renewed for another four years. Darren, Mark, Daniel, Rollins and Kevin have all been there when needed, even on short notice. I expect and know that they will keep up with this quality of service. Their promises were delivered! more

NovaCopy Experience 11/18/2011

Our company recently recieved two highspeed laser printers from NovaCopy. From the sales process through installation and training, the entire process has been very easy and professional. The salesperson was experienced and informative, the install team worked around our schedule and was quick, and the trainer (though we were already very familiar with highspeed lasers printers) was helpful in going through our specific questions. I would recommend NovaCopy to anyone looking for copy equipment. more

Great Service & Great Sales Rep. 11/14/2011

Our old copier finally bit the dust so we went looking for a new one and we did our homework and we found NovaCopy. For the last month Mike Hankins our sales rep has worked with us to find the right machine to fit our needs and trained the staff on how to use the machine. They delivered and installed in a timely and clean manner the technician where knowledgeable about the machine and we are looking forward to a long term relationship with NovaCopy. I would highly recommend NovaCopy to anyone that is in the market for a copier. more

Best rates and customer service 11/12/2011

For the last 4 years we have had nothing but great service and rates from Novacopy. When setting up a new copier they have been there and helped us configure everything and trained the employees how to use the copier without making you feel you should have already know the information. Whenever we have had a service call they are in and out quickly. I could not ask for better customer service. I would highly recommend Novacopy to anyone that is in the market for a copier. more

At The Tennessee Baptist Convention, we refer to ourselves as a family. When you think about it, that's what most organizations really are. We spend more time with our co-workers than we do with our real families most every day. In order for that family to get along, everything must run smoothly. Great service - great products 10/26/2011

I'm not a pessimist, but it seems like customer service and customer support has gone away in business. However, I am pleased to share that Novacopy has restored my belief in working in partnership with a supplier! Our office leased a photocopier a few years ago from Novacopy. I didn't realize until I was contact by Stephanie Wilburn that our lease was ending in a few months AND took the time and effort to compile a report to show me how my company can save money every month and trade out our machine for a new model! The proof was in her report and the numbers showed that I can actually save my company money every month. The process of seamless and I look like a hero in the office. Thank you to Stephanie and the Novacopy team ... their service has been immediate and I now have taken the task of negotiating another lease agreement off my list of ""things to do"". more

Good Customer Service, Never any problems 10/24/2011

We have been pleased overall with the service provided by Novacopy. Our copier needs little maintenance and they are responsive when we have issues. We've saved money as a company by moving our printing away from desktop printers and to a network printer as well as doing a good bit of our marketing printing in-house vs. outsourcing. more

Dishonest and rude 6/23/2011

First of all let me explain that I am a dentist with a small practice here in Nashville. I, like many other businesses in the area, was visited by NovaCopy a few months ago. I did not ask to be visited and I have a no soliciting policy. The sales rep got around this by calling during off business hours and informing me that they would be stopping by my practice unless I called to cancel (very rude). I was busy with patients and could not call to cancel. I agreed to let them put a test copier in my office. However, this machine did not do as advertised and I asked them to take it back. I was then repeatedly visited by the President of the company, Joe White, who is most definitely a used car salesman. After two weeks of arguing they finally took their machine back. My experience with them was definitely a waste of time and cost my business time and money. It is laughable to read the other reviews on here, especially the positive ones. These reviews are obvious shills that are being written by NovaCopy employees. They are even using the same verbiage that is used on the pamphlets that are passed out to businesses. Writing your own reviews is shameful and dishonest. more

Best in my 30 years experience 6/23/2011

I have been in purchasing for many major companies and non-profits in the Nashville area for nearly 30 years. I have been using NovaCopy solutions for the past 5 years or so and I have to say they are the best that I have dealt with. As with any company with thousands of customers, you are going to have a few unreasonable customers (such as the ones who have posted negative on this site). They have done a wonderful job fixing my issues if any and they have implemented many cost cutting solutions since I began my relationship with them. My experiences with the other companies in the area have been less than satisfactory. I do and would reccommend them to anyone looking to upgrade technology and cut costs. They are also highly accredited from the Nashvile Business Journal and I am told the Better Business Bureau even uses them as a provider. I have had some issues, but they were resolved quickly and professionally. A+ in my book. more

Lofty promises 6/13/2011

I actually wrote a review 2 months ago that was mysteriously taken down (thanks NovaCopy). First and foremost I was promised incredible service by NovaCopy. They did not deliver. I am now stuck with a machine that only works half the time. I can personally attest that Joe White is one of the most pushy, used-car-salesman-esque people in the business. Don't be fooled. It is obviously after reading the other reviews that I am not the only customer who has been lied to. Nashville would be a better place without NovaCopy. more

Loves taking your money 12/8/2010

I have dealt with NovaCopy a few times. Basically, they employ the ""get the sale at all cost"" ideology. NovaCopy does not care about its customers, NovaCopy cares about making the sale and taking your money. We had several issues with 3 of our copiers that we leased from NovaCopy. Each time we had an issue, a technician would come out, spend the entire day at our office, and the problem would still not be fixed. If you love throwing your money away, then you'll love NovaCopy. more
