I have been in purchasing for many major companies and non-profits in the Nashville area for nearly 30 years. I have been using NovaCopy solutions for the past 5 years or so and I have to say they are the best that I have dealt with. As with any company with thousands of customers, you are going to have a few unreasonable customers (such as the ones who have posted negative on this site). They have done a wonderful job fixing my issues if any and they have implemented many cost cutting solutions since I began my relationship with them. My experiences with the other companies in the area have been less than satisfactory. I do and would reccommend them to anyone looking to upgrade technology and cut costs. They are also highly accredited from the Nashvile Business Journal and I am told the Better Business Bureau even uses them as a provider. I have had some issues, but they were resolved quickly and professionally. A+ in my book.
