We have a daycare business and our copying/ printing needs are not large. We do print flyers, etc for events and special occasions. Novacopy's sales people visited us on a couple of occasions. We decided to do the two week trial because we thought it would be simple if we did not like the copier. Within a week novacopy delivered a large Konica Minolta machine. It looked to be too much for our needs but we agreed to try it. The delivery did not go well. We did not know what day the set up was. They just showed up. The driver/ delivery guy was ok but said little to us. Later that day another novacopy person came and set up us up to print and scan. This technician was the best experience of novacopy. He was helpful and showed us ways to use the copier we had never thought of. Our two trial had a number of problems; the machine frequently jammed, overall it felt cheap, and like our initial concerns, it was too much for our minor needs. We asked for it to be removed and it was very difficult. They didn't want to schedule us and we were hounded to keep the machine. We received a visit from novacopys president who continued to badger us. I reminded him of the problems we had and he had the service manager call us. We were assured we would get a good working machine but at this point we just wanted it gone. It took another week but novacopy finally came and got it. Besides not listening to our needs, I found them to be overly poshy especially for a copier that had been far from reliable in the trial.
