Review content:
First of all let me explain that I am a dentist with a small practice here in Nashville. I, like many other businesses in the area, was visited by NovaCopy a few months ago. I did not ask to be visited and I have a no soliciting policy. The sales rep got around this by calling during off business hours and informing me that they would be stopping by my practice unless I called to cancel (very rude). I was busy with patients and could not call to cancel. I agreed to let them put a test copier in my office. However, this machine did not do as advertised and I asked them to take it back. I was then repeatedly visited by the President of the company, Joe White, who is most definitely a used car salesman. After two weeks of arguing they finally took their machine back. My experience with them was definitely a waste of time and cost my business time and money. It is laughable to read the other reviews on here, especially the positive ones. These reviews are obvious shills that are being written by NovaCopy employees. They are even using the same verbiage that is used on the pamphlets that are passed out to businesses. Writing your own reviews is shameful and dishonest.
