I was solicited by email by Nova Development to purchase an upgrade to Scrapbook Factory Deluxe 4.0. When I received the upgrade, the disk would not install. I emailed Nova letting them know that the disk would not install and that there was a problem with the disk. I follow their instructions to the T including wiping possible residue off of the disk, etc. I installed other software and had no problems with the disks so it's not my computer or the drive. Everything else on my computer is working perfectly. I got the second disk and had the same problem. I emailed Nova again but now I get no response. Is this company still in business? If that's the way they treat their customers, they shouldn't be in business. I paid for software that doesn't work and they refuse to send me a disk that works.
