Nova put a charge on my Credit card I didn't recognize and provided a ph # on the bill - the WRONG number. After an hour and 15 min - and SIX phone numbers - 5 being wrong - I finally had a Jacka--- who had taken nearly 30 minute to look up my charge - Duh!!! High tech company that can't look up a data base!!!! He was arrogant, condescending and lectured me because I was agnry at the abuse of over an hour to find out what I was charged for.
Avoid this rotten company like the plague- They have over 160 complaints at the Better Business - only 20 ""settled"" - what does that tell you about Nova Development? Bad Bad Bad Bad customer service - these folks do NOT appreciate the people who pay them. AVOID NOVA!!!!!!!
