I was really looking forward to using Corel Paint It on my Mac. Bought the version specifically for the Mac in download form and paid extra for the backup CD. Installed with some difficulty on my iMac with OS 10.91. No matter what function I tried to use with this program the program crashed. The software was entirely unusable on my computer. Filled out the Nova Development refund form carefully and completely and submitted by email. Did this 5 separate times over several days because each time I received a ""we'll get back yo you soon"" automated message but no followup or further acknowledgment was forthcoming from this company. Nova Development obviously doesn't stand behind this product, refuses to acknowledge the weakness in the software and refuses to admit a reasonable customer deserves a refund. Will NEVER do business with this company again. If I could give this company a zero star rating I would.
