Worst

For a night appointment I was not let into the room until 25 minutes past my appointment. Never again will I make a late appointment!!

On my recent visit I had the distinct pleasure of receiving "Best In Class" service from one of the premier dental offices' in the area. They provide customer service that is top quality, it's not just about my teeth it's about my overall health and how what's happening in my mouth correlates to the rest of my body. Every experience is exceptional, from the front office, to Stephanie, hygenist, thru to Dr. Crowley the office exudes confidence and professionalism. Never thought I'd say this, but, these folks make going to the dentist enjoyable . more

Early morning appointment for teeth cleaning...in and out in under an hour...no pain...lots of care...very thorough job. Can't imagine using any other dental office AAAAAAAAAAAA+++++++++++++++++++++++++ more

Today's Cleaning 6/9/2011

As usual Karen did a great job on my cleaning & encouraged me to floss more - she is right! The only reason today's visit did not receive a 5 (as it normally would) is because there was a delay in me being seen by the Dentist to do the final check over. I am guessing the wait was about 10 minutes. This didn't bother me as I have known Karen for a while (were neighbors)- but other customers may not be as understanding. Also - this is the only time this has happened in the 7 years (has it been that long?)since I have been coming to your office. I have always found the dentists, hygienists, and office staff to be very personable and welcoming. more

I really am impressed with Dr. Howells and his staff. The office is sparkling clean and very professional. I have been going to Dr. Howells for 3 years after moving from out of state. I never thought I would be able to replace my previous dentist, but Dr. Howells has fit the bill perfectly! more

I love this dental office. Dr. Crowley is so thorough...Karen, my hygienist, is wonderful. After years of dentist anxiety, I am happy to have found this place based on a recommendation from a friend. I recently had some restorative work done by Dr. Crowley after having my braces off. She is an artist! I highly recommend this practice. more

emergency appointment 6/3/2011

It all went the way it should. I was given an emergency appointment for tooth pain within a day. When I arrived I was greeted warmly. There was no wait despite a busy office. Dr. Howells checked the problem and asked for an x-ray. The dental assistant was competent, pleasant and quick. Dr. Howells gave me a thorough explanation of the problem, as well as a referral for a root canal and perscription for an antibiotic. The woman who did my checkout also explained the charges and how the insurance would work, told me who I'd be dealing with at the endodentist and was very nice to deal with. It doesn't get better than that! more

Some of our services include preventive care, restorative care, cosmetic treatments, and emergency services. A few of the more advanced treatments that we offer are comprehensive dental implant treatment and Invisalign. We are happy to work with a broad range of insurance providers, and we are in-network with several major plans. Evening and weekend appointments are available to accommodate our patients' busy schedules.
