Worst

For a night appointment I was not let into the room until 25 minutes past my appointment. Never again will I make a late appointment!!

cancelled an appt. two weeks before it was to be. was then not scheduled until August! Doris was wonderful helping to fit me in much sooner. She is an amazing asset to your office! more

Our Family's switch to Northborough Dental 4/29/2011

I have not filled this out each time my children have gone to you. But I do have to say that my husband and I have made the right decision changing to Northborough Dental. My daughter Jaquelyn said that you made her feel like you cared about her, everyone was so friendly. My two boys agreed they said I did not feel scared and it was real cool that they have TVs there. Thank you for making our switch over to Northborough Dental so welcoming. more

The entire experience is positive. I'm sent a reminder of my appointment. I'm taken on time. The hygienist and Dr. Howells are very capable, concerned about my dental health and interested in me. They keep up with the latest in dental practices. The office is attractive and clean, and the front desk handles all the payment details smoothly. I've been going to see Dr. Howells for ~18 years and can't imagine switching. When we've need a referral for dental surgery, he has sent up to excellent people. more

Quick and Painless 4/28/2011

A cavity is never anything one can enjoy, but everyone at Northborough Dental def make the whole process a little easier. Warmand friendly people and very accomodating rooms (love the flat screens to help take my mind off the procedure at hand!) really made my expierence bareble. Thank you again for making this as easy as possible :) more

I can't recommend the office enough. Everyone is great, from the office help to the dentists. I've recommended them to all my friends. I live a far distance away, but gladly travel to Northborough Dental Associates because I believe in PAINLESS dentistry, and they do too. Keep up the great work! more

We travel from the White Mountains in NH to come to Northboro Dental for our cleanings etc. The staff is the best ever! They are so friendly and professional that we can't think of going anywhere but there. Dr. Howells is the best dentist. He is always friendly and explains everything to you beforehand. Some of our services include preventive care, restorative care, cosmetic treatments, and emergency services. A few of the more advanced treatments that we offer are comprehensive dental implant treatment and Invisalign. We are happy to work with a broad range of insurance providers, and we are in-network with several major plans. Evening and weekend appointments are available to accommodate our patients' busy schedules.
