It all went the way it should. I was given an emergency appointment for tooth pain within a day. When I arrived I was greeted warmly. There was no wait despite a busy office. Dr. Howells checked the problem and asked for an x-ray. The dental assistant was competent, pleasant and quick. Dr. Howells gave me a thorough explanation of the problem, as well as a referral for a root canal and perscription for an antibiotic. The woman who did my checkout also explained the charges and how the insurance would work, told me who I'd be dealing with at the endodentist and was very nice to deal with. It doesn't get better than that!
