Worst

For a night appointment I was not let into the room until 25 minutes past my appointment. Never again will I make a late appointment!!

Bi annual check up 10/4/2011

I know this is getting repetative but this practice has the best dentists and best dental hygenists I have ever come across. Whilst a cleaning in never pain free, the dental hygenists always take the time to be as gentle as possible. I cannot recommend the practice highly enough. more

Fixed up no problem 10/4/2011

Dr. Howells took the time and care and did an excellent job of repairing my crown that had broken free (knew I shouldn't have eaten that taffy!!). more

Dr. Crowley is a great dentist. Not only is she friendly and inform us about timing, she's very good at dentistry - making sure that filled teeth are smooth, etc. My children enjoys visits to the dentist. more

Awesome Dentist 10/1/2011

My family has been going to Dr. Crowley now for years. The entire staff is both friendly and professional. Dr. Crowley is not only outgoing and friendly but very knowledgeable in her craft and knows how to put her patients at ease.My daughter was very nervous about dentist visits but now trusts Dr. Crowley and her assistant, who are very patient with young patients. Great dentist!!! more

I've been going to Northborough Dental for about ten years. The practice has consistently been professional, clean, and provides awesome service. Many of the new updates that's been made to the practice like email reminders for my appointments are excellent. Dr. Howell has been my main dentis and his demeanor is always professional and friendly. I highly recommend Northborough Dental. more

emergency appointment 9/25/2011

I didn't have an appointment but I called Northborough Dental because I was experiencing pain and swelling. It was a Friday when my dentist, Dr. Howells, was not in the office. Nonetheless, I was given an afternoon appointment with Dr. Crowley. I was greeted warmly by the desk when I arrived. My meeting with Dr. Crowley occurred within a very reasonable amoutn of time. She quickly diagnosed the problem, connected it to my dental history, suggested surgery and gave me a perscription. I had no "business" on my way out because they have my insurance information on file. Everything about the episode was precisely what I might have wanted. THANK YOU! more

recent visit to Northborough Dental Associates 9/23/2011

As usual, I got in to see the Dentist (Dr. Howells) quickly. The visit was conducted efficiently, but in a friendly way. The issue I had (broken tooth around a filling) was explained to me, along with what was needed to fix it and my comfort was seen to along the way. Great visit as always. I have been going here for years and will continue. more
