i recently a car from Norm Reeves Honda in Cerritos from George Habib.It was a pieasure doing business with him !He was one of over half dozen honda dealers that I contacted in search of a specific and tems that I wanted. George was prompt and straight forward about responding to what I was looking for.He gave me the best terms of all the other dealers for exactly the car I looking for. more

i got my 2010 honda civic coupe from norm reeves honda in cerritos ,i went to few honda but i got the best service from norm reeves honda in cerritos especially from my sales man .george habib.i get what i expected from him as a buyer, straight to the point especially with the pncing. more

I was recommended by my friend to see Chris Ramos from the internet department and I was glad that my family and I bought a car through him. He made us feel comfortable and he knew a lot about the car we bought, the 2010 Honda Accord. Norm Reeves Honda is a huge store and has great prices. Chris got us the best price and my family and I were shopping around for a car for awhile. more

Just like in those Honda commercials 9/17/2010

I had a terrific experience at this car dealer. Of course I had my guard up because of other bad experiences at other dealers but I soon discovered the Norm Reeves difference from the sense of teamwork. One lady in the finance department literally stopped what she was doing to escort me to the service department and even introduce me to Anthony Ngyuen from sales to help me transition from returning a ""lemon"" to getting me into a Honda Odyssey. Anthony went beyond the call of duty to make sure I was aware of all the options and that I was happy with the decision and even drove 20 miles to obtain the correct paperwork from my spouse. We ended up grabbing lunch together after my car purchase. Imagine that... it was really like those guys in blue shirts from those Honda commercials. I had to post a review about it because it was truly an atypical car buying experience. Will buy from there again. more

After so many bad experiences in other dealerships, my husband and I got to Norm Reeves Honda Cerritos, we found an excellent service from one of their salesman, Ray. We are greatfull with our choice of honda civic, we didn't have clear in our minds what really we want it, but Ray took all the time and all his pacience to guide us. He helped us through finance, services and always has been available for us. Hope to deal with him and with you guys in the future. Thank you, we are in love with our civic. more

Best Salesman Ever 9/17/2010

I recently had one of the best car buying experiences. My car was totalled about a month ago, so I was actively searching for a new Honda. I went to two other Honda dealerships before making my way to Norm Reeves Honda. When I got to Norm Reeves Honda Rich Fisler was the salesmen who helped me out. I would give him a 10 out of 10 on honesty, service, and overall experience. more
