I had a terrific experience at this car dealer. Of course I had my guard up because of other bad experiences at other dealers but I soon discovered the Norm Reeves difference from the sense of teamwork. One lady in the finance department literally stopped what she was doing to escort me to the service department and even introduce me to Anthony Ngyuen from sales to help me transition from returning a ""lemon"" to getting me into a Honda Odyssey. Anthony went beyond the call of duty to make sure I was aware of all the options and that I was happy with the decision and even drove 20 miles to obtain the correct paperwork from my spouse. We ended up grabbing lunch together after my car purchase. Imagine that... it was really like those guys in blue shirts from those Honda commercials. I had to post a review about it because it was truly an atypical car buying experience. Will buy from there again.
