Jojo Bayas of Norm Reeves is number one! 11/15/2010

In normal circumstances I would not take the time to write a review for a dealership, but I made an exception for Norm Reeves's Jojo Bayas. Jojo was upfront and honest with me from the beginning. He didn't try to sell me a car I didn't want just because it would be easier to finance or lease.. I had been to a few other honda dealerships in the area and their insistence for me to settle for a fit or civic was already getting frustrating. Jojo really went out of his way to make sure I was happy with every aspect of my deal and car. I had the feeling that Jojo was the type of salesman who genuinely enjoyed going out of his way for the customer. At no moment did I ever stop and think about whether or not he had alternative motives. Bottom line... Jojo impressed me with his knowledge and experience and I would not hesitate sending any of my family or friends to see him for a deal. Thank you Norm Reeves! I love my new CR-Z. more

Recently we bought new Honda oddessey 2010 from Norm Reeves Honda superstore, Cerritos. We were greeted by Salesman Glen Nasa. He asked our requirement and showed us what we want. All procedure and selection was easy and he took lot of efforts to make buying easy. He has thorough knowledge and information to share with us. He is very friendly and takes care of all your needs. When I thought of buying a new car for my son, my first choice was Honda Accord because I have a 2006 that is still running in excellent condition. We decided to pay a visit to Norm Reeves Honda Superstore in Cerritos Auto Square. Once we got off our car in the parking lot we were met by a salesman who had a big smile on his face and gave us a warm welcome to the place. We explained our needs and he directly started showing us the different models and thoroughly explained the available options in each one. Then he escorted us to his office where we discussed the price and the financial matters. We left the place undecided but with a feeling of trust in the salesman George Habib. We then shopped at different dealers and scrutinized several offers online. In a couple of days, after a fine comparison we decided to go back to George and finish the deal. We gave him a call, went the store where he was ready for us. We even got a better deal than the one we negotiated before. I was happy with the deal and my son was happier driving his new car home. Thank you George Habib for an excellent professional job, you are the one to be recommend at all times. more

WE CAME IN TO CHECK OUT THE 2011 PILOT, AT FIRST NO BODY WAS APPROACHING US, WE WAITED FOR 20MIN THEN WERE ABOUT TO LEAVE WHEN SONNY WU CAME AND ASSISTED US WITH OUR INQUIRE. I bought my 2007 Honda Accord Ex beginning of Sept 2010 from this dealership. I had in mind what I wanted, according to my budget & beliefs. I personally would recommend Alex & Amir at this dealership. Great Dealer and experience with Sonny Wu 9/21/2010

I walked in to the dealership with a budget on my mind and needed to get a new vehicle. I worked with Sales agent Sonny Wu. He was nothing short of excellent and a pleasure to work with. Sonny was the friendliest, easiest and most helpful agent I have ever worked with in 20 years. I would highly recommend Sonny to anyone new or even experienced in buying a vehicle. The dealership as a whole was accommodating as well. My cell phone was dying and there were atleast 4 different employees trying to find me a charger. It was real service. Go see Sonny Wu, he is honest and will not steer you in the wrong direction. more

If your'e looking for a car, you should definitely contact Carlton Fitzpatrick in the Internet Sales Department. He made the entire process so incredibly easy and fast when it easily could've been a headache. He was very accommodating to my schedule, returned my phone calls & emails promptly and worked with my tight budget. He's got a friendly next-door-neighbor demeanor that made the whole experience wonderful. Plus, I got a GREAT deal on both the price on, and financing of, the vehicle. Fabulous, A+, excellent, all that jazz. I would recommend to everyone I know. more

Great Service - Upfront and Starightforward 9/20/2010

Did my research before buying a 2011 Honda Accord LX prior to going to dealership. They are the largest Honda dealer in the U.S. with a great selection of cars. Met Kaveh Teherani (Retail Sales). He thoroughly explained the advantages of the Accord LX vs other Honda models and the Toyota Camry (my other choice). He gave me a GREAT price on the LX. The whole process was super-fast with no haggling. The finance manager Morat was also very helpful in speeding up the buying process. Would recommend go to Norm Reeves/Kaveh Teherani before taliking to others. more
