Had my car fixed here about a month ago. Amazing Auto Body Shop! Very helpful and understanding. Just moved to the city and they treated me like family. Being a young female and pretty naive about cars, they really made me feel comfortable. They also got everything finished quickly so I could get right back into my routine of things! I would recommend Nigro's to anyone. more

I am not a Philadelphia resident, I just go to school in the area, so when my car was hit, I was very iffy about where it should be repaired. After reading many reviews online, I thought Nigro's would be the smartest thing I could have done. The employees at Nigro went above and beyond my expectations. The car was returned in excellent condition, I couldn't even tell there was damage done to it before. Everyone in the shop was very polite and well mannered. Last week, I got into a small car accident when backing out of my parking lot. I am new to Philadelphia, and was very distressed about the damage to the car, not to mention not knowing who I could trust in the area to help with the repairs. I found Nigro’s Auto Body Shop on Groupon, and purchased a coupon for $99 to have $250 dollars worth of damage fixed on my car. I had read a few reviews of Nigro’s, as well as other auto body shops in the area, and felt confident that Nigro’s would take care of me. When I arrived at Nigro’s they were extremely friendly and helped me to get all of my damaged fixed. They also took care of the hassle of going back and forth between the insurance company and the adjustor. Domenic took care of everything, and did a beautiful job fixing up my car. I highly recommend this shop. more

I got into a small fender-bender a little while ago and purchased a Groupon for Nigro's to have my car fixed for $99 towards $250 worth of work. I read some reviews before purchasing the Groupon and they went above and beyond my expectations.\r \r Little did I know, Nigro's was not on the list one of my insurance company's shops, so it was a nightmare working with them to get the work done. The customer service at Nigro's was beyond amazing. Domenic did most of the dirty work with my insurance company, not to mention any names but they were NOT a ""good neighbor."" He apologized a thousand times for how difficult it was going to be with my insurance company, and when they did not approve the supplemental estimate, he ensured me they would still do the work and I would not pay a dime over my deductible. Not only did I not pay a dime over my deductible, he gave me the Groupon back to use for future work. \r \r My car looks amazing, they cleaned up some other scratches and returned the car to me fully washed, inside and out. I couldn't ask for anything better. more

I took my car to Nigro's Auto Body because my paint scratched. I was really afraid that they would not be able to match my paint color but boy was I wrong! They matched my paint perfectly and it looked like the scratch was never there! I'm beyond impressed. more

The side glass on my Escalade was very loose and about to fall out. I did a search and found Nigro's auto body. They quickly fixed the glass and saved us from having an accident on the way home. more

Nigro's Auto Body did not disappoint. I have an older pickup that I needed an estimate for damages after someone hit the back of the truck. The driver was not insured and several other shops would not even give me a quote. They took care of me right away and gave me a great price. The staff is very professional and so nice to work with. i don't know how this auto body shop gets high rate on net.I had a very bad experience with them, just because i trusted their rate on net after 3 days search online to find which one is the best auto body shop in Philadelphia. It took 7 weeks to repair my minor scratched accident car.And i had to pay rental car for that repair which would be repaired less than a week .It just put a new bumper and a new headligh and a hook then just repainted it,but it took 7 weeks.It was like to build a new car. They said because they waited for insurance company go though,stupidly i believed them for 3 -4 times for first 5 weeks.I told them for 3-4 times that they should call me to let me know how thing going on but they never called me.I had to go there and waited for a guy in office come.They acted like they were very busy and let me waited sometimes an hour.I have to go work so i just had one day every week to go there to check my if it was done. I called my insurance company,they told me different stories like body shop didn't want move the car outside,so they could inspected it,or they did not call back insurance but they said waiting for them,after five weeks and i asked them to get my car back they said it was my problems with my insurance company,but they never called me informing me how thing going. After 6 weeks my car was till in the shop unfinished just waiting for put the hook back,while i still paid for rental car that i reminded them that couple times They were not very honest.All they want that to get money as much as they can.They don't care about customer.It was huge mistake to take my one year old car to them. the paint job was not very either.now i can tell that my paint is not sealed with a good top coat.I am giving this review after 8 months.I have wondered to let my review.Now i decided to give to help other people not to be fooled with the rate and many positive reviews.I think they were made by same people working overthere. more

Thank you, again, for the wonderful service on our car. An unfortunate set of events involving a collision brought us to the shop, but Dominic and his team immediately set our mind to rest. Service was quick and efficient and Dominic saved us both money and time. Even as an attorney, I learned a lot from Dominic about the claim process. I also wanted to add that I found the shop to be extremely women-friendly, which is a pleasant surprise for an auto body shop. Nigro's is a gem in South Philly. more

This shop is by far the best in PHILLY!!! The reviews don't lie..... Dominic and everyone I dealt with through the entire claim process kept me well informed throughout the repair. I truly felt like they are not just in the business to make a buck..... honesty, reliability, and just overall and really nice group of people to do business with. I have a 2002 Honda Accord and got in an accident. I thought it might be totaled. The damage was that bad. I had the car towed to Nigro's on 9th and Washington to see what could be done. Neil the owner was great about it. He let me know the car would be taken care of. Domenic continually kept me informed on the progress of my car. A couple of weeks later I got my car back. I have been driving the car for a few weeks and not only does the car look great, but it drives just like before. The car was in great condition before. It had low mileage for a car from 2002, was a smooth ride, and the engine ran great. When I got my car back it was if it had never been in an accident. I trusted Nigro's and they did not disappoint. If your car needs a tune up or body work, take it to Nigro's. They are an experienced family own business. more

Best autobody shop I've visited in my 30 yrs of driving and living in four states. My car was taken in right away and they were excellent advocates for me with the insurance company. Dominick would call me regularly with updates on my car, and everything that was being done with the car as well as with insurance was explained to me clearly. If you are unfortunate enough to need bodywork, don't even think about going somewhere else! more

Having heard that this place does great work, I called and scheduled an appointment to bring my car in for an estimate. When I arrived that morning, I was told by one of the guys in the office that the person who does the estimates wasn't available, and that afternoons are generally better for him. more

The service at Nigro's was fine - quick and competent. But something I asked them for with regard to my car was conditional on my posting positive reviews of the shop on websites such as this one. I was asked to post my comments, print them out, and prove that I'd given them good reviews before they would address the issue. Shady... more
