I moved cross country from Las Vegas. I never dreamed that I would find a family that had the perfect apartment for me (Another Good Day-Ridley Park and Lagiconda-Philly), was able to fix my Explorer (Nigro?s Auto Body- 939 Washington, Phila, PA) (door, window, electrical) AND provide regular PRIMO DELICIOUS homestyle Italian cooking at Carluccios Restaurant, The family is incredible and it shows in their businesses. I have been going to Nigros for approximately 10 years. I have had Nigros fix a major accident on my BMW, 2 moderate accidents on my Range Rover and 1 fender bender on my convertible Benz. Everytime, the work is outstanding. It starts with Domenic who removes any headaches that the insurance companies cause, it goes to Rafael who is an Italian artist with the car, and then back to Domenic who make sure every part is high quality, the painting is as good or better than the original and then gets your car back to you quickly. EVERY TIME! I have referred many friends to Nigros and everybody has the same great experience. Having an accident is gut wrenching but knowing that Dom will take care of it eases my mind. I have been to other auto body shops and have had shotty work and worried about finding the hidden ""mysteries."" No hidden mysteries at Nigros. Just fantastic work. My car looked brand spankin' new! Wouldn't take my wheels anywhere else and for me the place is not convenient to get to (I live in the suburbs). If you live in the city this is the only place to go. Pros: customer service, pristine body work Cons: Far from where I live but totally worth it more

I have personally had 3 friends and family cars done at Nigro's I think going back, and back again, etc says it all. ANYONE can go someplace ONCE. These guys in the garage have been there 30 + years and are true artists, craftsmen. I SEE them work on cars an it amazes me. They do things THEY DONT HAVE to do. They shoemakers limping buches o' plastic into a dent and hoping for the best. They WORK WITH THE METAL and only fill where/when they need to. PLUS. They are not just Body Men..They are AUTO TECHS and also diagnose/fix the resulting mechanical problems resulting from an accident. I just picked up my car from Nigro's after an accident. Nigro's coordinated with the insurance company, handled all the details and did a beautiful job on my car that I had mangled. They also did some diagnostic work for an unrelated problem and probably saved me hundreds on an electrical problem. Nigros Auto Body handled everything. I had the unfortunate experience of someone breaking into my car and doing extensive damage to the interior and exterior of my car. On the suggestion by word of mouth, I called Dominic at Nigros Auto Body and in no time at all, a tow truck came to my location. I went over to Nigros and they handled everything. The cutomer service was stellar and within two weeks I had my car back in like new shape. They handled the estimate, the calls to my insurance company, and all I had to do was go and pick my car up after they had repaired it.
