I got into a small fender-bender a little while ago and purchased a Groupon for Nigro's to have my car fixed for $99 towards $250 worth of work. I read some reviews before purchasing the Groupon and they went above and beyond my expectations.\r

Little did I know, Nigro's was not on the list one of my insurance company's shops, so it was a nightmare working with them to get the work done. The customer service at Nigro's was beyond amazing. Domenic did most of the dirty work with my insurance company, not to mention any names but they were NOT a ""good neighbor."" He apologized a thousand times for how difficult it was going to be with my insurance company, and when they did not approve the supplemental estimate, he ensured me they would still do the work and I would not pay a dime over my deductible. Not only did I not pay a dime over my deductible, he gave me the Groupon back to use for future work. \r

My car looks amazing, they cleaned up some other scratches and returned the car to me fully washed, inside and out. I couldn't ask for anything better.
