I bought a women's reflective jacket. Nice style, however the quality was less than acceptable...especially for the price. I returned the jacket and didn't receive a full refund...

I called to find out about price matching, shipping & availability on an item 10/14/2010

I called to find out about price matching, shipping & availability on an item. The lady that i talked to immediately gave me all of the information I needed and acually beat the price of the competitor. She took my order and information and processed the order quickly. I got 2 emails for Order confirmation and Shipment of item within 30 minutes. A benchmark other websites should strive for. more

I am a larger guy at 6'1" and 285lbs but an avid runner. Finding running gear to fit me is often hard combined with the factthat I run at night after my kids are in bed. Night-Gear has teh best selection of reflective gear and 2XL sizes that fit me. Price and selection are resonable as well. more

Great people, products, prices and service. After working with the post office for almost 1 month, while they were trying to find my package that they lost, I contacted Liz(at nitegear) in customer service. I told her what happened and she was quick to help in any way possible. It turned out the light I ordered was no longer available, but, she was able to hook me up with a new bike light that was a step above what I ordered. I ordered a Helly Hansen Hamm Jacket from Night-Gear, and I couldn't be happier. Their service was nothing less than top flight. The price of the jacket was better than that listed by any other vendor. The item shipped out within 24 hours of the time I placed my order, and it arrived faster than I expected (two days to go from Florida to Maine). The jacket is everything I was hoping for, and more. All in all a perfect shopping experience. I highly recommend Night-Gear. more

The service is prompt and price fair 9/3/2010

The service is prompt and price fair. I am a returning customer. The adventure lights are terrific for my retrievers. I put the lights on their collars (the belt clip slips over the collar easily), turn on the lights, and let them outside to run on my back 40. The lights are bright enough that I can easily see the dogs from hundreds of yards away--whether the dogs are running or standing still. Red is the hardest to see distant, so I will not order that again, but the other colors help me identify which dog is where. more

Purchased a waterproof SOS beacon so I will be seen in my kayak. Turn it on, set it in the bottom of the kayak and it lights up the kayak. With 100+ hours of battery life it is a most welcome device to have in my PFD pocket. Good product, good price. more

Very happy. Received my night gear today. super fast shipping to Oz. Jacket fits great and so comfortable and reflective as is the xinglet and reflective arm band with LED. Can't wait to go for a run tonight. Thankyou so much for a great product. more

Excellent customer service. Iâ??ve purchased from Night-Gear before without incident. On my last purchase May 31, 2010 there was a software problem and I was over charged on shipping. I called Night-Gear and spoke with Mark. He reviewed my order, corrected the problem and my credit card was credited the following day. Mark thanked me for bringing the problem to his attention and had the system error fixed. He also gave me a special discount on the shipping. Night-Gear truly earns their A rating at BBB.
