By far one of the easiest on line orders I have experienced. We live in the f Far East and do 80% of our shopping on line. Have not received the items, as they were ordered less than 5 minutes ago, but have already received confirmation email. If the shipping and delivery are as smooth, I will recommend my shopping experience to all. So far an easy 5 stars...more to follow. Stunning! Package arrived in record time. (ordered late on the 9th, arrived to Okinawa, Japan on the 14th). Best online experience to date! Thanks! more

Great Service! 1/31/2011

My wife is a crossing guard so I decked her out with a Brooks NightLife hat, Cresta WindGARD headband and Scotchlite waterproof gloves for Christmas. One of the gloves had a seam start to come apart so I set up an exchange with Night-Gear. Three other crossing guards were so impressed with my wife's gloves that I went ahead and ordered them some while I set up the exchange. The exchange was painless (Thanks Liz!)and the other gloves shipped today. Couldn't be happier. I'll be back for more! more

Hey, I called at closing time and caught the clerk shutting down the computer and trying to slip out the door for an early supper he rebooted the pc. took my order and even directed me to the correct product. Very good service and a discount, sorry that I make him late for supper. more

I placed two orders, very happy with each order recd. On one order that I recd, the item that I ordered came w/a bad battery. I contacted the Customer Service Dept and within a couple of days, I recd a new battery. I have referred this site to several other friend to place their order for added equipment for walking dogs in the late evenings. Thank you Frank more

I have been buying items from night-gear for a few years - the descriptions are always accurate and the customer service is terrific! Mark Wilson is incredibly responsive to any customer questions. Shipping is incredibly speedy, usually items are sent w/in one business day. High quality, a nice range of prices. My daughter is a runner and has been very happy with anything I have purchased from Night-Gear. I also get a lot of compliments from my light up dog leash and other nighttime safety gear for walking the dog. more

The folks at Night-Gear were amazingly helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. After looking everywhere I could think of (the big box stores and mainstream places), I was getting frustrated at the lack of good gear for running at night - a must where I live. When I found Night-Gear on the web and called, Liz answered the phone and walked me through everything I needed, answering all my questions and giving great advice. I knew right away I'd be a customer for life. Tell all your friends. I'm telling all of mine. These folks are fantastic! more
