I couldn't be more pleased with the service at Night-Gear. My order shipped very quickly and arrived nearly as fast. Unfortunately, neither item I ordered fit me right, so I had to send everything back. My credit card was refunded within just a few days and I received an email confirmation. I couldn't ask for better communication and service. I'll buy again as soon as I can find the right sizes I need. more

Night-Gear was exceptional to do business with. The item I ordered was out of stock with every other vendor I tried before finding Night-Gear online and when I found it on Night-Gear, I was a little skeptical so I called and asked for someone to verify that the item was actually in stock. The person I spoke to did so while we were on the phone and a few days later, it was in my hands. more

I was impressed by their price match guarantee. I emailed the company that I found the Brooks nightlife vest for $9 cheaper, and within the hour they had verified it and given me the lower price. Excellent customer service!! more

Excellent Experience! I am an international customer (Canadian) and ordered one of Light and Motionâ??s bike lights. I originally had difficulties using my PayPal account to pay for the order, but Night-Gearâ??s staff responded to my questions promptly and helped me corrected the problem. The product I ordered was packaged well, arrived promptly and is in excellent condition. I would order from this company again. more

What a great find 12/16/2009

What a great find. My husband loves to take his dog for a walk early in the morning and I've been wanting to get him the gear he and his dog needs to be safe. I love the selections, the prices and the great customer service I received when I called to see if I would get these gifts in time for Christmas. Not only was I able to add to my order but to my pleasant surprise my order shipped within minutes after speaking with customer service representative. I placed an order on Monday and several hours later received notice that it had been sent for shipment. Today, Thursday, I received my order via USPS. While I have not used the products yet, I am thoroughly pleased with my shopping experience so far. I will most definitely look to shop here again for future purchases. more

i got the jacket within 4 days of placing the order, which was great. I run outdoors during the winter and used this on a 25 degree night. It did it's job and people could definitely see me. The fabric is stretchy, which I like, because the jacket is made to fit close. Movement is more comfortable, and, the fabric under the arms is breathable so the hot air is getting out. The only complaint I have was I noticed a small, light stain on the cuff. I wouldn't send it back, because I would be the only one to notice it but when it's sent in a plastic bag you wonder how it got there. Other than that, the product performs. more
