Great people, products, prices and service. After working with the post office for almost 1 month, while they were trying to find my package that they lost, I contacted Liz(at nitegear) in customer service. I told her what happened and she was quick to help in any way possible. It turned out the light I ordered was no longer available, but, she was able to hook me up with a new bike light that was a step above what I ordered. It is great to see a company who takes care of customers.
