My beef with this particular facility is that the support staff in the office just do not do what they are supposed to do and what they tell you they would do. They are also generally unfriendly, and sometimes downright rude, but that I could live with if I was actually getting any service. \r

I was told, repeatedly, that they would call me back or get back to me, the same day or in a few days -- and they did not call me, at all. Not the same day, not several days later. \r

An insurance preapproval took them two weeks to complete, and they did not call me once to let me know what was going on. I was told it would take two days ? and, when I called them after a week, I found out they have not even submitted the papers yet! \r

Oh. Also, they cancelled an appointment at an imaging office I had without even telling me that they cancelled it.
