This office is horrible. The people who answer the phones are neither friendly nor helpful. I would only recommend going here if you have something that can be handled in a single office visit, as the staff loses documents. I had previous immunization records faxed and the records were lost because they just deposit all faxes received into an indiscriminate pile. Additionally, after going to the doctors three times, some of my results were still not ready and the staff is not willing to discuss scheduling appointments or thinking about how to make the visits more convenient. They were unable to speak with me about these results over the phone and were unsure if they were allowed to fax the results to another number.
